Chimney sweeping

A good chimney is essential to the continuing efficient and safe operation of all solid fuel burning heating and cooking appliances.

We recommend that chimneys should be swept at least once a year possibly twice.

We can carry out a sweep on any flue or chimney and also inspect it with a chimney camera if necessary.

On inspections we can advise if any new chimney pots, cowls or flue liners need replacing.

A sweep is £45 (inglenooks will vary in price depending on size)

Any blockages or birds nests will be charged as an extra and discussed on site at the time of the sweep .
